The power to see that meaningful vision. No matter who says what and no matter what people think of you when you speak of it truly say volumes about where you can go as a leader!
Today is a time to reflect on your vision for your organization, region, department or what ever you lead. The clear questions to ski are these:
* #1 top question: Have you had your team participate actively in building the vision?
* Is your vision grande enough to stretch people and the organization?
* Does our vision have the meaning it will take to move your team to execute this vision daily?
* Does your vision make you feel uncomfortable as you read it? (It should!) 
* Once achieved will you be dominating your market and be the #1 choice in your field to go work for?
Of course we can argue what else we can ask but for today this is a great and challenging start for you. Take a meaningful moment and truly think about where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow, next quarter and in 5 years from now. Nothing will crush your hopes of tremendous success like not having the right people driven vision and communicating it daily! You see when our vision is built with our people it can be executed through our people. NOW that is what I call the POWER of a meaningful vision!
